Max pure account has been recovered on Dec 13th, been trying be in contact with the seller since Dec 16th. Been ghosted on and off the past month. He did state to me that he should be issuing me a refund, this was on Jan 3rd and I have not been able to speak with him since.

Is there any assistance I could get and getting this issue resolved

Thanks
