First of all thanks for being respectful when making this report.

To clarify, @Any Drug says that he lost only the item "Spiked Manacles".

The service was completed yesterday, it was 18k sand buckets / soda ash, we trained your account lots of hours daily because you needed it in a 3 day timeframe. $49.5 was paid via PayPal F&F.

First thing you told me after completing service yesterday, was that your bank was "disorganized". in case someone does not know this, you only need to deposit things when buying sand & ashes from a npc, when we first got your details I just added bank fillers to prevent depositing the gp needed, and my worker only used the deposit box for the rest of the service.

Only time we needed to check your bank was to know how much ashes/buckets were left to finish, I only have a worker and he's always besides me, I'm always watching him.

For me it's really strange when you told me that your bank was disorganized after we completed your service. We never withdrawn or moved things there. I never doubted you and apologized. I talked to my worker and he never touched your bank, or moved your item placeholders.

I understand that you're angry, but this is a tough situation. We never took any item from your bank, and it wasn't needed. I just don't know if you already had lost the item and you're just trying to get it again for free, or if someone got access to your account in your phone.

I've trained lots of ironman and this never happened, neither my worker nor I have any reason to just randomly drop an item from your bank.

Your screenshots can't just work as proof, because you could have dropped the item yourself by accident in mobile, or you lost it some time ago.

I find it very hard to believe this... you watch your worker and it’s just one worker beside you at all times. No, I never lost the item considering it is my most valued item when I’m fully equipped and it would be kept upon death, the bank was very clearly disorganized, when you withdrew the graceful you had used the placeholders were missing for it, therefore messing things up. why on earth would I purposely take this item off an ironman in hopes of you regaining it for me free of charge? It doesn’t work like that as it’s an RNG based clue item.

 

I don’t want anything for free, I’m not hardened for money, and I can always regain these. It’s the principal of something went missing in the time of you providing me a service, and nothing is done because you’re inclined to side with your worker rather than me. when something larger happens I’m sure the outcome will differ.
