Explanation of the trade: I hired hiro to train skills on my account.
How they scammed:
To give some context, this is not the first time I've ordered off Hiro before, however the reason I'm reporting it this time is because my account got a temp ban. One very common issue I've tried to express with him over our "services" across the time we known each is that he does not communicate with me, the client at all. From replies lasting to days to literally WEEKS and I have to contact him over and over again. One slap in the face was that when the account was banned I wasn't even notified and had to check myself. How this is relevant is the account was banned for macroing even though in his tos he states all his training is done "by hand".

I made with this report with the intention of asking staff members what should be done or does any responsibility lies on him. Does this warrant any refunds, did he break his own tos? etc etc.
I wouldn't have made this report if we could communicate with each other but literally the problem above prevents me from doing so, and because of that I was forced to make this report (and from asking advice from another staff member)

@Techie may you please dnt him for now? hes not replying to pms at all either.

 

@Techie imgur.com is what he sent me and i edited out the username on top of the client, but the issues lies is that
1. he isnt responding at all for long periods of time, if he replies at all.
2. If im getting banned during a service i'm paying for, whats the point of paying for it? Am i paying for a ban? That makes no sense. Logins usually aren't detectable (in this case if it was detectable he should've been banned the first few days of agility) and since agility is a highly detectable skill if he's botting it'd make sense why it got a 3 day. Again, if the acc gets permabanned what's the point of paying for training to be done then. (Again, I have ordered from him multiple times already and none of them got banned before, but this one has weirdly enough)

I'll refund the uncompleted part as soon as I can I'm saving up for it.
