Report a Spammer - Anonymous.

That would work. Not much abusive reporting happens so when it does they can just do a quick IP check or what not.

 

Why that forum is even public in the first place, I haven't a clue. They should simply hide it so only moderators can see it in the first place. That would fix the problem completely, unless you were reporting a moderator, but that doesn't happen often at all anyways.

 

The archive is visible, but not on the forum page. Its like that so people know that their reports are being answered.

 

I would support this. I can remember a time when I hesitant to even ask for an ip check because I was worried that if I was wrong, I would get on the "bad side" of the member. :embar:
