Removing Email and Recovs.

How do you remove the email and recovs from an account? I wanna sell mine and I can't seem to figure out how. Not sure if this is the right forum but yeah, respond please and thanks

 

You can cancel both by going to the Runescape home page, and going to the account management section

 

to remove the recovery questions you have to submit a recovery request saying the account was stolen.
note you might get locked.. which takes like 1-2 days to unlock if you're original owner.

I'm not sure if the email can be removed anymore... I know before you'd request a change, then use an unsubscribe code to remove it.. but for a while they weren't sending unsubscribe codes.

Thanks all, the email thing does not work anymore, but the recovs thing seems to, hopefully we'll find out in 1-2 days lol.

 

With the email one, you can go to one of the emails that Jagex sent you (make sure its not a phishing one) and go to the bottom and you should probably see a link "unsubscribe" or something along those lines. Follow that and its instructions, should be deleted after that.
