    Stemming off of all that was discussed in this suggestion: Something needs to be done about the "Runescape Account Rentals & Other Services" Section

Just like the account sales section that has this sticky: Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a middleman/recovery test! the runescape rentals section should have something like it too.
