Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Decision I feel was bias and not made correctly , the reporter has currently got himself a DNT as well , I have a reputable account, referrals and never directly was this situation having anything to do with anything of SYthe and the guy was deliberately attacking me here at my highest reputation. What steps actions can I take to have the DNT removed and move forward.

As stated in the report, that money will need to be refunded.
