Same retard who shows up and puts a little bit of time into editing a profile with an avatar, sig, etc. while sitting on a VPN. Most of his vouches are from hacked users/scammers as well, just like all of the vouches on Holy Symbol/Ralphie Lauren will, and I can almost guarantee he hasn't posted from a home IP.
