Similar to: Request DNT or Ban for Zamorak RSPS almost if not all of his posts that aren't just meaningless spam are association with hacked profiles or the users involved with them (Zamorak RSPS, Jenifxer, TheNewLord, etc.) and he seems to be linked to them, likely another alt account similar to Ralphie Lauren, Holy Symbol, and KimKosBM.

If he hasn't posted from a home IP he should be banned until he does, perhaps TWC as well.
