I don't really know what to say... You don't sound fat to me. Do what Shaka said and stand up every 10 minutes or so. Or go outside for a few minutes and shoots some hoops. If too cold or something, just leave your computer for a sec and go do some pushups. Never hurts.

I think it's just from sitting, the skin folds over and creases and leaves red lines. I guess you could try leaning back in your chair, it's usually from sitting forward.

I'm like 6'1 and weigh 165.8lbs, I'm not fat but i don't have a clue if my weight is good for height.

I would say thats probly normal.

most people do have some fat that rolls up when they sit...unless your in super good shape.

Lol, i game, but i work out, skateboard, party etc. You should start working out. Also, fuckin sit straight kid. You got lines if your not sitting up right. If your hunched over while playing your games, your not only going to get red lines, but a big ass back ache, and a nice hunch back.
