recover rs account

i got an account i havent checked on in a couple years and found out someone has been botting on it, its gotten me 99 str, atk, def, hp now its time to recover it, the only problem is it wont allow me because i dont have the correct email linked with the account anymore and now it wont let me recover it

how would i go about recovering this account to where it is mine again?

btw it still has the same password but i can never sign in because someone is always signed in botting on it. says it hasnt logged out from my last session
