    Recommendations for smooth settings?

Hi guys, I have a computer and it's not very good. It's modern, less than 2 years old, but it has
integrated graphics and it's about $800 from Best Buy. It wasn't bought with any intention to play
any games on, but I'm currently waiting to get another computer for that.

My CPU fluctuates from 15% to 40% on RuneLite, it gets loud, fans go on I guess, and I actually
blow a fan into the computer from the exterior to keep it from being loud as hell.

Ultimately, when I run 2 RuneLites sometimes I can spark up to the 90% CPU if Google Chrome is open.

It's a total nightmare and I am looking for ANY good reputable suggestions to try and fix this.

    Windows 10.

Man that sounds awful. At least it's a PC you can upgrade and not a shit hole laptop. You don't really need to upgrade a graphics card to play runescape, so I'd look at getting 16gb ram + a good intel i7 quad core 7th / 8th gen.

Post your computer specs at the moment and your budget and I will give you some more specific recommendations.

I don't have a budget right now but I didn't expect a modern pc that cost $800 to be so shit.
I have no real interest in upgrading this PC.

If I do I would want to spend less than $200 on it. lol

Can't cheap out on something like a PC. Most $1300 PC builds offer close performance to $1800-2000 builds, if you can sell your current PC and put in a bit more money for a custom build you could be doing a lot better. But still, post your current specs now
