- We will have a deposit system for each rank. - There will not be any excuses for mistakes if I can run 13+ accounts at once most days with 0 issues you should be able to as well if you accept the tasks you can do. - If there is an avoidable mistake, your entire deposit is forfeit and you will not continue to work under the YH name. - Your deposit is what will allow you on specific accounts : IE if account is worth $500 a $500 deposit is required. - Some days you may find yourself without work, that is just how it is in any sales industry. - No one may accept orders unless I deem them fit to do so with the rank / represent the YH name unless I say so. - Deposits can be made with OSRS , PP, BTC, there will be a %20 non refundable portion due to fees, holding times, muling risks, depreciation of said funds. - Do not accept tasks you cannot complete in the timeline because the money is nice - You must understand this is not a joke to me or the clients, take this as serious as you would anything IRL or your own accounts - Let me know your schedule or if you must stop a service, I can always replace someone to do it however cannot replace the lost time if you don’t speak on it.(edited)





I gave him 7 accounts to afk + he tried 2 skilling orders which he failed which was over his deposit rank. I really tried to give him an opportunity.

Reason for being let go: Failed an order then he refunded himself < good job, failed 2nd order I had to finish < no refund on his part, 3rd order gained 4.5m cooking xp via wines in 4 days wasn't on track to finish order and client was complaining about slow progress so I took over. He also got an account banned which you can see here.



He also admits here that he owes me $250




He asks me if he can work for me as a manager and says if not its cool here.. I say no because if he cannot afk accounts let alone take care of clients orders himself I would never trust him to continue on the team.






After I say no he loses his mind and begins the threats claiming I owe him for his rent, his "4th" computer he purchased and w.e else bs he's thinking of.. He starts by saying he owes me keep the deposit and then I come home from dinner to this.











He admits he owes me his deposit says keep it, says if I don't want to hire him its fine, I took the advice of a someone else who runs a service and said fire him it can't be about emotions and I honestly gave him a chance out of emotions.

He is now taking it really far and after that one lad came to a Sythe mods work I would like this dealt with ASAP as he is trying to appear as a threat IRL which I don't appreciate after everything I did for him.

There's more than enough visible proof he broke my TOS 3 times prior to being fired and says keep the deposit and he owes me $250..

Im sure that'll end up costing you a fair bit more if you include the mules and they check all those trade logs.
