It depends what you mean, for example I was technically reading the posts right now so I suppose I read a lot on the internet. As for books, it depends on what is there but I usually read a few books a year. I like the riverworld series but I doubt anyone would know that.

I used to read around 3-4 books a week, as my mother forced me to consistently go to the library once a week. Then once I got a bit older and school begun to get a bit more intense, it reduced to 2 or sometimes only 1 a week - I barely have the spare time anymore, and when I do have free time I prefer to just sleep.

Honestly, I read a book or two a month, but these books are usually about something I'm interested in learning about...Conspiracies, etc.
    I usually read nonfiction books.
Honestly, I'd almost never read a book I'm not interested in. I'd rather read 10 books I'm somewhat interested in, than read one that I'm not at all.

I read atleast four a week. Sucks not having regular access to the library, I think I'm getting close to having read all my books twice...(and I have a ton of books)

I usually read one or two books a week, but lately I've been pretty busy. The last book I read was American Gods by Neil Gaiman.

I don't read books very much. I more or less read forums on the net 24/7 now.

I used to be able o read extremely fast, almost to where I was skimming. Now I honestly read just a little bit slower.

If I do decide to read a book I get 100+ pages a day done.

Don't read many paper books now, used to read tonnes. I prefer audiobooks nowadays. The vast majority of reading I do is online, brushing up on stuff I'm interested in.

Audiobooks are certainly more productive. They limit your scope of material however.

The majority of the stuff I read comes from the internet such as social media sites like Digg.

I've tried them a few times, I found it harder to concentrate than actually reading.

Regrettably, I don't read much. I would read more if I knew how to find books that interest me. I can't imagine listening to audio books. When I read I like to understand and contemplate on the areas that bring me interest.

These results are going to be inaccurate either way because the people who don't read will be less likely to vote.

you don't concentrate on remembering lyrics but i'm sure you know most of the words to multiple songs.

Only after I listen to them a few times.

It's not that I can't remember audiobooks, I just find them harder to absorb than books.

A good attention span helps with audiobooks, certainly.

You can quite easily listen to the assorted works of Freud, Nietzsche, Hitler, Rand or Stephanie Meyer. Scope isn't the issue. It's if you want to specialize or study for a exam that you need books.

Scope, I find, is an issue. There are audiobooks for most major works by most major philosophers, but if you want a specific work on a specific topic, then, more often than not, there is no audiobook for that work. At least this has been my experience.

Looking for a specific book on a specific topic is specializing in my case.

    Fair point.

Out of curiosity, did you ever read Atlas Shrugged?

    Ah, good on you.

Read / listen to "liberalism" by mises.

    http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1592060/3879780/

Or "socialism" by mises, if you can find it.

In case you've not read him before: he's a rule utilitarian. Most his arguments are made either from first principles or from the perspective of rule utilitarianism. Of course I don't subscribe to the latter, but the former is still very enlightening.
