I'm referring to my post, here: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1822921-improperly-banned.html I'm posting here because I feel the response provided by the moderator is unsatisfactory.

Superfluous responded that he's, "not buying," my dispute.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This guy obviously didn't even read my dispute, because in it, I explained how myself and this other Cookie fucktard obviously work at the same business (telecommunications — the same wifi networks covers the whole fucking building). I'm browsing from my phone.

If I were a pathetic-ass scammer or rule breaker, wouldn't I just go ahead and create a new account and just evade the ban? Isn't that what they do?

I started this job in November. I haven't browsed Sythe from work up until like a week ago or so when I posted that I was buying a pure from a trusted member. Now, if I were a scammer, would I care about trading a trusted member? No, I'd just trade another dumbass scammer.

I am begging someone to actually review my account history, including IP address and timing of those IP accesses, in addition to post types, etc. I'm not terribly active on Sythe and the mere concept of me being bunched in with some lowlife bums that scam on a video game disgusts me. I am simply not this/these other person/people that broke the rules.

Also, why should the time of my dispute be taken into account? I disputed the ban as soon as I realized it had been put into place, regardless of anyone else that was included in the original report. If necessary, I'm willing to explain to any moderators where I work, when I started, my first time on Sythe at work (phone — internet history), and will even go so far as to not browse Sythe from work.

Thanks for your kind, timely response.
