Not bad man. Try to work on staying with one focus pattern.
E.g. If you're going to talk about sales, and dead legends then stick on that topic. (Dont randomly bring up that 'they say ur beats aint got no rythm').

Other than that, i liked it Try make sure you're words rhyme better together e.g.
