    Raise money for girlfriend's therapy

so my girlfriend has a disorder (Trichotillomania) she keeps pulling out her hair. She has talked to her mom about this but her mom doesn't believe her as well as her dad. She's been needing therapy for the past 4 years but has never gotten it since she her parents don't believe in her. She tells them about her problems but all they say is "just stop doing it, it doesn't look good" or "Why do you do it" it's gotten to the point where she looks at people and starts to feel regret and down because her hair isn't what it used to be. She tells me that when she gets make up done they draw on her eyebrows which makes her feel like there's a social norm about having eyebrows like if you don't have them, you'll look weird and stuff like that. I just really want to raise money for her so she can get therapy and get this issue fixed.

Is getting a job not an option?

    I don't really understand what you're opening for discussion/asking.

I reckon you'll have better luck on reddit with a gofundme.

Her first point of call should be a doctor, then therapy as a second thought.

You should have her visit her GP and get a diagnosis. If she get’s diagnosed I reckon theraphy will be covered by your insurance (Idk for certain since health care is free where I live).
Really unfortunate none of her parents understand or believe her. Have her visit her GP first and foremost. Good luck.

I wouldn't expect strangers to pay for this. Of she needs it that bad explain this to her parents, and get a job yourself to contribute.
