Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Following my denied Pardon in March/April 2015 (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...d-requesting-pardon-backcharging-divica.html), I have taken a year to reflect and to continue doing business in a legitimate manner.

I conducted business with Bogla Gold alongside my Wife, where we pursued 100s of transactions totaling more than $40,000 worth, which ended a few months after my pardon was denied. Myself and Bogla parted ways when he fully bought my shares out of TokenBets, after I got busy IRL and couldn't dedicate the amount of time to it as Bogla wished to himself.

I had also built PieGp.com and since done updates and maintenance work on that for Pie Overlord. I hope that he can vouch for my legitimacy on this upon request.

Since my last pardon, I have not done too much business in regards to links from Sythe or related websites (other than mentioned above) due to being Banned, in such I refrained from this area post-working for bogla.

I am still sorry for the offense I committed and wish to clear my name. I hope you can consider the fact that I took a whole year to reflect, rather than the given 6 months, as I seemed this was more appropriate.

My sorrow and remorse which I tried to get across in my original appeal is still true to this day, but I don't want to repeat details from my original Pardon which is why I included link above, instead I wanted to add details for this second appeal.

In heart of transparency I also want to point out that, although I consider my parting with Bogla fair, I understand that he has made serious accusations towards me which I would be happy to address if he were to come forward to a mod with details. I think he does truly believe his accusations, however I never saw his reasons for those so as I said I would be happy to address any issues he could bring forward and any information he can provide.

I would like to be unbanned to clear my name, and although I do not wish to conduct major business here as I did before, I would like the privilege of browsing and replying to topics again.

I do not have any idea what's been accused in full against me, please bring me up to speed.

I'm aware that he has accused me of taking control of the domain, which I did not. I'm aware of this as Bogla mentioned it when he backcharged me for over $1,000. I have proof of this, if a report needs to be made. However, what I'm simply trying to ask (and what I asked in my pardon) was for any proof of this incident. If you would kindly loop me in on the proof, I can determine whether it is fabricated or plain simple bullshit.

You forced Bogla to buy the domain back off of you months after he "fully bought my shares of tokenbets" If you wanna keep lying go ahead. I'm really looking forward to whatever nonsense you're going to post next to rationalize why you did what you did and then lied about it in this pardon
