    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
    User joined on a proxy that was later disputed here - twc
    Other staff member double checked my decision and noticed that the geolocation was exactly the same.

    The above was enough to look into it further.
    There's a conclusive proof in a deleted post. The information is sensitive.
