A guy tried to scam me a few weeks ago, bottom line is I have his pass :3 not much I can do but I wanna go pking on it for some fun. It's only f2p and most items are members. Got about 700k and a rune scimmy to work with.

He tried scamming you, but failed? Yet for some reason you're the one with his password and plotting the revenge against a fail attempt to steal from you? This sounds like you're the scammer and he's the victim. If he didn't scam you why are you fucking with his account?

 

Might taken an account back or something of the like

Why would it matter? The person might have tried scamming him but he failed, that means a scam never took place. He could have just reported the scammer and had it taken care of. Instead he tries to counter scam to a scam that never happened. That's not how you handle these situations.

 

he asked me if i wanted teh account and i said yeahhh sureee. He said he won't log in anymore (tbh i never believed that ;p) and the next day he logs in, the next, the next, the next. while i'm training it? then he changes the pass, luckily i hadn't trained too much. a few weeks on he's got the pass changed back to the original

I believe you can get banned for activities offsite, it has happened in the past

plus, he gave me the account so i can do whatever I want with it. He can try to take it back but screw him i don't want it i just want some funnn yay

Doesn't matter if this wasn't on Sythe you still brought it here, therefore it should or will be dealt here if found necessary. He was nice enough to give you an account, if he never stated for how long he doesn't really have to ask your permission to take it back.

Long story short, if there was no money involved than you're in the wrong because IMO for a trade to take place both members have to swap something of value. This was more of a donation gone wrong. You should have been smart enough to realize that if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. Stealing the account back isn't really being the good guy. Even if he was a dumb ass for using the same password.

 

It isn't your place to take something that isn't yours. I'll be looking forward to seeing your dispute.
