Quests for Turm Zerker?

[HamzaAbbasi]

What quests are required to make the perfect Turm Zerker?
I have 28 defence at the moment and would like to know if I can quest it too 45 defence without going over by accident?

If you quest everything correctly you'll be at 46 defence which shouldn't harm you.

Alright that's sorta upsetting but alright...any idea what quests I must do?

I didn't bother doing the turmoil quests however. You'll have to search for that on your own :\
