Question about selling OSRS accounts

Hello,
I would like to try and make a couple of OSRS accounts so i can sell them, just to see how it is out there on market.
But I don't know how should i go about making them. Should i make them with some fake e-mail? Should I make them with legit e-mail but not confirm it? Is there a timer before Jagex requires a e-mail confirmation?

I would be grateful if someone could say couple of words about this
