Puppet master scammer

The buyer purchased an overwatch account through my website. About an hour after he receives the account details, he reports the payment unauthorized. He changed the overwatch account username and password and took his money back.

How was I able to locate his profile?
He was previously banned for scamming. He said the email "[email protected]" was an impersonator. Its actually him. As the selly.gg IP address tracker matches his seattle address. Beware as this guy likes to talk a lot of rubbish as you can see from him post. He is a big liar and should have never been allowed back on sythe. These are the same people, not two seperate people. You can also search the IP connected with his paypal and the transaction. It matches his location on sythe.

Overall I lost my overwatch account and -$50 USD.

All the information you posted (including the IP address) links to @Puppet Master who is already DNT, not @John. I've gone ahead and given him a perm ban since he evidently hasn't learned from his previous mistakes.
