Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
Obviously ip audit, i know this isnt a valid report reason, however multiple of these users being logged in on Several matching ips is alarming.
What triggers me to believe this user is scamming is:
firstly, pming users from other peoples threads and claiming his service is - blah blah blah, use him instead.

Again, i know this isnt valid enough.
Now: Sending me more pm's offering services such as free maxed main rentals?
He doesnt advertise this anywhere, and seems as he has seen i was recently scammed in the section and could be an easy target.
"Boasting" he is the best trader etc and claiming he is always booked out but yet pm's me offering free services Advertised no where else? Sketchy.
When confronted with me not trusting him, he offers to set up conversations with his old customers vouching him for approx 15k usd at a time?
He is a new comer, minimal vouches, un-matching stories and a really suspicious ip-audit.
(i know people login from public ips and can cross-reference, logging into the same ip on different (banned) accounts multiple times, in a row is blatantly suspicious.

Trying to convince people and claim you dont know why when they dont use you, please take this MINIMAL information into account and investigate, i believe a potential scam is coming shortly.

Spoke with him in Discord, and gave him free GP as he was upset he was scammed for 300M from a different renter yesterday, and wanted to make that up a little to him He will respond here stating everything is fine and this is a complete misunderstanding.

All of the info I state to him is posted directly on my thread btw.
