It seems clear that he was hacked, and never recovered that account. The scam isn't valid either as the Skype "cody.pwnzu" was only posted once by the hacker, and the hacker also edited the Skype as well on one thread (staff see here). As seen in that history his actual Skype prior to the edit is listed as "CodyPwnzU", which was edited by the hacker to "cody.pwnzu" during the day of the hack (July 19th, 2016). Users are responsible if their account gets compromised / scams, however in the report you listed happened on the fake Skype "cody.pwnzu" nearly a year after the hack, but that Skype wasn't his, nor was there any Sythe PM involved, and it occurred on a Skype that he never owned, so it's definitely not valid in my opinion.

The home IP's are apart, but I'm assuming he's moved as he has mobile IP's near the location where the original owner of that Sythe account lived at, and they have the same names, and the emails match.

The hacker accessed the account on July 19th, 2016 as mentioned above, and if you check the IP of the last two posts you'll see that the hacker is from Belgium, which was never used by this user, and you can see that by comparing the posts from that day to all the posts he's ever used from the creation of that account till the few days prior to the hack occurring. You can even see on this IP audit (referring to the very bottom posts ending with the .180 IP) that the hacker used have multiple matches with other hacked accounts - IPAudit results for | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO.

I'm not going to ban him as there are no debts from the compromised account, however @PureCaper it appears you forgot about your old account @Range Ftw3. If you ever wish to recover it, then feel free to do so here: Account Recovery & Creation.

Read this as well if you choose to do so: Not sure where to start? Check here for help with your specific issue!.
