Were there any ToS?

1.) That confirmation PM is really bad. Please see this thread to learn how a good confirmation PM should look like - A warning to all Discord traders

2.) It looks like you can only log in with an email and not a username, meaning that your customer wasn't able to collect any RuneWild GP from your mule.

3.) It looks like you blocked your customer right away, although you don't share any mutual servers.

4.) You were online, but didn't resolve this matter.

@Princeyao I'll give you 24 more hours to deliver the RuneWild GP, or to refund 180m 07 GP.

No, you told him the login details (incomplete or wrong) on Discord. He DM'd you regarding the email issue, but for some reason wasn't able to deliver the message.

He was attempting to reach out to you and you were online yesterday, but your argument, more than 48h later is that you told him the email was hosted at outlook in game.

Please get in contact with @Spartacus. again and refund him 07 gold.

Just for the record, if you are able to prove that the account in question exists and is older than 48h, I will consider this evidence.

For the record - the account with that email address exists and doesn't look like a new account based on expired membership and some levels.
There's also a bank pin.

It is not clear whether you have blocked your customer or not, as you may have removed each other from your friends list or left a mutual server.
It's also possible that you forgot to enter the email and that you weren't the one who enabled the bank pin.
It's not really clear what happened here.

What is clear is that you did not provide the correct credentials. It's not reasonable to assume that you gave your customer any part of the login details in-game when your main communication channel was Discord. You also didn't provide any evidence of this.
It's also worth noting, for the purposes of the potential dispute/pardon request, that you did not assist your customer with this report, nor did you show any interest in resolving the matter.

The debt is $37.8 (180m at a rate of $0.21/m).
If you disagree with the rate, you can ask us to give you the official rate for the month of May when you request a pardon.

You will keep the DNT and need to Request a Pardon to be allowed back into the market.
