when is it safe to get 43 prayer? right now im 35 range everything else is 1 does it matter if i got 43 prayer now?

It depends on what kind of account you want & what the prayer is for. If you deem the prayer worth it & outweighs the cons of attaining it then go for it. Everyone has their own agenda to getting a stat & their opinions could be biased.
