Potato is a scammer/Scammed me

Explanation of the trade: I was trading 280m GP for $98, I went first because he had some verifications. He said he would send money after and never did and stopped responding via skype.
How they scammed: Basically I logged in RS, traded the GP, he said he was sending the money and then never responded.
