I was reported for scam here and I couldn't make a response.

So basically after the payment was claimed to be sent it hadn't arrived yet in my PayPal account and my PayPal was having issues. I was in a rush as I had to leave for school (I'm at school atm). So anyway, it arrived in my PayPal and I can't transfer him the GP at school. I am trying to organise a refund for him but he will not respond through pm or Skype and I need his PayPal email to send his refund as I have to send it through my personal PayPal which does have a limitation. Please update the thread so other mods or himself is aware

Could you please update the thread as I have issued the buyer with a refund, didn't have to use another PayPal to send him the money, just had to click refund on his payment as I was trying to send it back rather than refunding. I guess we are just waiting for his confirmation?

With the old-style of PayPal, this problem sometimes occurs (happened with me and Arcus).
