Yeah. The diff between 60 and 120hz is absolutely astonishing. My two HP monitors are 60hz and are on either side of the BenQ, and moving between them, the difference is unreal. Even mouse movements are smoother.

I see you're selling 6/7/8 digit steam ID's, which obviously leads me to believe you're a CS player more than likely. If I'm correct in this assumption, I'll tell you now -- 120hz on CS (Or any FPS really) vs 60hz -- HUGE difference.

 

Do want 120HZ, but I refuse to pay 400-500 bucks. fuck australia. hopefully the new XL2411T is cheap.. 144HZ :nuts:


But yes, the difference is insane for desktop & game use, used a friends one and then went back to 60hz, wanted to cry LOL

 

scores aren't really relevant since windows 8 scores use a different scale and nobody else has posted windows 8 scores (that i've seen)

Processor running stable @ 4.4 ghz usually. Ram is 1600MHz but motherboard default clocks it at 1333. Did a firmware upgrade yesterday and haven't redone my overclock settings yet.

 

What's the Extreme 4 like for OCing? I have one and a 3570k but only have stock cooling so havent fiddled with it yet.

You got it all right there n4no, I have been playing CS for some time now
And yeah I went from 60hz benQ to my brothers old monitor, Syncmaster which is 120hz, the difference is actually quite huge !

Now only a few days left from getting my big and better monitor
