You do realize freq and refresh are the same thing... Right? And you have both 60hz and 120hz in there /facepalm

Actually i never understood how the dpi works.
My mouse has DPI 500-3500 (4 levels) found it on the website where i bought it
I use the second level, so i dont know, btw i have m_rawinput 0 in-game

 

That is a crazy high sens.

I had some help from a buddy.

Im willing to bet you improve bumping your DPI and sensitivity down, I had my shit set way too high and ive been lowering it incrementally with great results. Im at 1000 DPI and 1.7 sensitivity now, still going.


Id like to try 4:3 stretched but for some reason I get black bars every time. Ive tried a lot of workarounds so far but no dice. AMD seems to be a pain this way. 16:9 for now I suppose...

 

I have AMD too, if someone dont know how to do it follow my steps.
Open AMD Catalyst Control Center -> My VGA Displays -> Image Scaling and set Scale image to full panel size.
Well i like having my sens to high, everyone ask how i play with it.
btw use -freq 144 or -refresh 144

I only use -novid on launch options.

In game 1920x1080 borderless full screen.
3600 DPI, windows 3rd sensivity thingy, 0.44 sens in game.
