    @Ponken thanks for being patient. Upon once again reviewing this case we’ve ruled that you are to pay back @Maxedrs3gainz the value of the account. If you wish to discuss the reasoning behind this feel free to contact me, however this decision is now final unless you have significant other evidence to contribute.

    Let me know once he has been paid back.

    Ponken has been on sythe and skype multiple times since the outcome of this report. He has neglected to respond to this thread nor contact me in anyway in regards to the refund. After viewing his profile earlier, he has clearly seen the outcome of this report and I don't believe he has any intentions to refund.
