Sempers High Pardon [Social Engineering] - Attempt #3 or #4

Hi all. I'm back again trying for another pardon here. Note, I said in my last pardon that I would not try again, but I have changed my mind, and am going to try one last time.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Nobody was scammed, so N/A.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: As of my last pardon, I have not done anything to warrant this category. Minus the whole thing with the n4n0/Trin incident, which I will explain in the next section.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well, let's start. Back in August of 2012, my friend and I attempted to Social Engineer a fellow Sythe user (itriedii; http://www.sythe.org/members/326763-itriedii.html). The reasoning behind my logic was that I sold him an account on RS. My friend and I had trained and played on that account, and he wanted to get back into the game. He had asked me to recover the account, but I explained the situation of me selling the account on Sythe to Anthony. He managed to get my better judgement, and managed to convince me into assisting him to get the account back in our possession. We added him on a fake FaceBook account, and managed to get into his hotmail account. We attempted to recover the RS account using his email account, but to no avail, it was never recovered. I NEVER scammed anything from him or anyone in fact. I still don't understand why that is in my ban reason...

So on to the n4n0/Trin situation... As we all know what happened on December 1st, of 2013. Personal information was leaked about n4n0 and trin, and I was involved in the skype group chat. I remember coming home from work, and my skype was blown up with messages from the chat. I reread all the messages, and thought the whole situation was hilarious. I then took it way too far, by using a Sythe account I had been given to post pictures of n4n0 in the spam forum. The threads were deleted almost instantly. My reasoning behind me posting those pictures on Sythe was because I thought I had no chance to being pardoned on Sythe, because I did not think I would ever try to pardon again. The hype of the moment took the better of me, and looking back, I realize it was a very foolish thing to do. I do honestly feel bad for Ryan, because if I was in his situation, I would not like to see my pictures (intended for private use) to be leaked and exposed to everyone. I do honestly apologize to you n4n0, and I realize what I did was very immature. I'm just hoping you can look past that, as we all make foolish mistakes and decisions in the course of our lives.

I also wanted to mention that I have since signed a contract with the US Army (switched from the Marine Corps like I had said from my last pardon.) I have enlisted in Active Duty, as a 91B (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic). I leave for Fort Benning on August 5th of this year. It takes great skill, and maturity to be part of the most elite military in the world, and I am fortunate enough to be able to call them my brothers and sisters.

And another note. I'd request that Dave not give his opinion on my pardon, as I believe he has a personal vendetta towards me. I do not understand why, as we were friends for the longest time. Up until he got mod, he was part of my every night skype group call, along with Jake. It seems as once we got banned, he kicked us aside and is trying to never allow us back on the website. I still do not have any beef against him for turning the evidence in against me, which itried gave him, regarding my ban reason. And if you want to hash things out quickly Aaron, please just shoot me a message on Skype. I still use the Semper_Sythe skype, and I am always signed on, under invisible mode. I work 5-6 days a week, and I usually get home at around 11 PM EST. And that goes for anybody wanting to ask me about anything.

Kicked you aside? What? You're never on skype anymore which is why we haven't spoken. Don't make it seem like I have anything against you or Jake lmfao. I love you both and would happily speak to either of you any day any time, but I won't post a vote on this as per your request.

@Dave - I'm sorry if I sounded like an ass, but it just seems like that's what happened. I've messaged you many times on Skype, added you in Skype calls with Jake and I, and you've either never responded, been afk, or left. I still see you sign in a lot on that Skype, and the reason I'm never online is because I'm always appearing online. I rarely turn my PC off, so message me whenever.

@Superman - I do still owe Joshan $280, and have told him recently (last we spoke was Jan 27th) I still intend to pay him the cash I borrowed from him. He knows I'm not going to skip out on paying him, it's just I have been in a bad situation financially, and he knows that. However, I do not know if joshan is on skype and available at the moment, but I will message him next time we are both on (whether it is through Skype or Facebook), and we will discuss our financial issue.
