    Was Payoneer just added right now? I swear it wasn't there before as a withdrawal, if so good work lol I just sent an email to hold my disbursements as my Paypal was acting up

    [Urgent] Very simple. I sent the BTC, the gold seller for osrs didn't have the gold and cancelled. Now y'all are just playing with my money. I'm salty.

    Hey there. For order 4529689, I can see from my end that your seller requested for his account to be closed for good earlier this year; it happened before the dispute was filed. As such, our team would still need to complete investigating your proof. We cannot close the case in your favor due to the account suspension on your seller.

    Sorry but we really can't bypass this process, Zero. As with all cases like these, the only thing I can advice is for you to double check your information again, make sure everything is accurate and they match the info on your payment account. Make sure you're also using an active and long-standing email address. Try purchasing again but if it still doesn't work, your only option would be to use GoCoin I'm afraid.

    Hello,

    @PlayerAuctions

    I sent in a ticket but since PlayerAuctions looks here as well I want to make sure this gets looked at. I submitted a dispute:
    Dispute  #56192

    My in progress ticket: #203248

    In this case the dispute team awarded the dispute to the seller..... when the account has in fact been reclaimed and its actually being sold on the playerauction site as we speak....

    Here are a few facts:
    - The seller's account is actually banned for having another account reclaimed, as per communication with the support team the seller's "page" returns a 404 because they are perma suspended (a support rep with playerauctions confirmed this)
    - The seller didnt even respond to the dispute... so how in the world can they even win the dispute?
    - The Dispute team didnt even ask me for more or correct information, if the information I supplied wasnt enough why could they not simply ask me for more information. I lost access to the account entirely so I dont have the ability to provide more, however I still have access to the email that came with the account so if PA feels it would be a good direction I can try emailing support for confirmation that the account has been reclaimed by the owner. I just didnt want to do anything that could cause the account to be suspended as it would void my own insurance, so I hope you can see my issue.
    - I paid 700.00 US for this insurance I expect a bit more effort when protecting the account than just saying "awarded to the seller" especially when A. Sellers account is already banned and B. Seller didnt even bother to answer the dispute.

    Honestly I was going to get another account via this system but if this is how you treat people who have spent significant amounts of money on your system then I refuse to buy anything more off this site.

    update: still no reply from support on email , please do this for me 260 usd scammed and an account scammed is not a joke at all...

    Hello Playerauctions Team.

    I have a big issue with a dispute which goes actually against me.
    My order in progress Ticket Number is #202780#

    The Buyer aparently lost controll over the Account from a third source.
    I provided a lot of Informations, Screenshots and even a Solution to the Problem. But the Buyer is not responding to my Mails either reading them.
    the Deadline of 72 Hours which was given to me also ended.
    And then i just got slamed with a copy paste msg which where i get refferd to as the Buyer and that the Seller is getting Informations out.

    Its realy hard to get anything done when neither the Buyer or Playerauctions is actually taking your suggestions to account and basiacly ignoring anything you do, even as i real tryd to do by best to get the dispute done.

    Im also sending you that via PM because i realy would like to get off the table because my Mental Health is not that great and i can't realy take that mental stress selling 1 Stupid Account is giving me over the last 4 Days.
    Especialy with no propper responses what so ever.

    can you please give me an update i haven't heard anything from the support per email , you said you have frozen everything... i am a legit seller on your website and got scammed for the account and the money , or did you just guys gave the dispute it to him because he did a charge back or what exactly happened ???

    Hey there. Due to security and policy reasons, I don't have access to disputes and I can only open cases using order IDs. Could you PM me the correct one? The one you posted is only 6 digits --- it should be 7 digits. Sorry for the hassle you had. I will check on it and give you feedback.

    I have already marked your ticket for high priority. Unfortunately I cannot give you any word as to when the ticket will be updated, since they're working on a queue. The important thing is that the buyer's refund is still on hold so you still have time to dispute this back.

    Hey there, if you did me send me a PM, I will check on it very soon. It looks like you sent the incorrect order ID because this is just 6 digits --- it should be 7.     Hello again, @posidondiplo. I was able to check and for reference, the order ID for this is 3957568. The seller is already suspended last December for a different offense, and it had nothing to do with this case; Your order concluded last July 2018, and the dispute happened during January 2019, during which his account is already closed. As per checking, the evidence sent was insufficient, and as per policy --- even with insurance, we require sufficient and compelling evidence as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/xuvAhYo.png

    I'm really sorry for all the hassle you had but I won't be able to reopen this case as the decision is final, and I can only communicate that as of this point.

    Hello, it appears that my account was suspended caused by dispute #56155 order #4555007

    Can you please get back to me? This is pretty annoying. I don't send the emails out to buyers, you guys do. Why is it my fault?

    He's claiming he never received an email with the login details, is that my problem, or Playerauctions? Last time I checked i'm not the one sending the emails out... How about you guys just send him the email.

    Going to address this incase you bring it up "you should keep the login information stored"
    Firstly, I always assume that the login details will be delivered to the buyer.
    Secondly, there is absolutely no point for me to do so, there has never been a situation in 100+ account sales where i've needed the login information
    Thirdly, I guarantee you that no other seller stores this information either.

    I will gladly replace the account due to the error on your end, suspending my account for your issues makes no sense.

    Suspending a seller who has done thousands of sales in less then 30 days - for $12.50

    hi , still no reply on my email : request 202966 , it has been over a week now , just tell me if i am getting my money or there is no chance because i just don't like mind stress and thinking too much , tell me if the buyer has his account banned or not too because it is risky for me to keep selling on that platform if this kind of scams is going to happen again in the future !!!!!!

    PlayerAuctions sends out disbursements to sellers once per day on business days, generally during the hours of 7pm to 10pm PST.

    hi i am going to buy an account for 780 dollor from ur site and the guy is telling me he dont have any recvries and some ip on the account so do i get insurces if i getting scammed for its not alittel money so i can contact you guys if i getting scammed maybe if he takes the account back after 1-3 month later some ppl are doing that

    Hey there, I was able to look into order 4580530; the disbursement for this is scheduled today. Just to be sure, I gave the team a follow up request for this. It should be with you soon.

    @orhan:
    This sounds dangerous. I would advise looking for another offer instead. Good offers should come with recovery information, and if you mean the account had several IPs already (not first owned), then it's safe to expect that the game company might have already flagged the account. Try to check for other offers for now, not having any recovery information on the offer is a definite risk on your part.

    mr. wizard hows going your dispute progress?
    i had similar issue with you and solved it today so i want share my experience on here hope help you some.

    i sold an Runescape account. buyer got account and he changed account name then which say didint have account open dispute me to moneys back.
    buyer did bot or in-game scamming(this is my speculation) on then this account it banned already.
    i provided all of my side proof to dispute page but buyer never answer ever my asked.
    at the end PA stand by seller side, my case is closed today.

    i just want say thanks you Playerauction here. my case took a bit days but i really appreciated your decision honestly.


    to @Wizard Shop
    sadly to say PA there still has dozen of fraud and scammer trying to changeback money even grab your account.
    when your case done might be you have some rest get more sleep and stop using PA a while in my suggestion. you need recover your soul then could try again selling on :)
