    Hi there, Rogath. I was able to check this and found out that the dispute was closed by you. I'm very sorry but we cannot reopen it even if the dispute closing was done by accident. We are not allowed to intervene with this but I've sent your seller an email to let him know about what happened from your end. I'm really sorry but this is all I can do for you at this point since the dispute is already closed.

    I cancelled a sale while payment was verifying my end as I had it for sale on here also. The guys payment didn't go through and I held on for an hour or 2, but in the end I sold it through here. Due to this he left me some negative feedback which affects my ability to trade.

    As *no sale* was actually made could you remove the negative FB from my account (And the one I gave him in retaliation, too)

    Hi there, Pendulum. I was able to check and it seems the correct order ID for this is 3526602. I have now made a report about it and I sent it to the respective department. Please note that this is subject to review, and so far for the offer ID on that order, there are no sales made on that game account --- I'm just setting your expectations because the team might try to find where the sale happened. In any case, I have communicated the reason why you want this removed so once there's an update, I'll let you know here or send you a PM.

    I've sold an account. The order has been successfully closed week ago but i still did not get money. I want to make sure that you didn't get any problems with PayPal or something else. And I'm worried about the inscription in the order details headline: "+ '$65.00 Insurance Coverage for 1 year' " because i didn't suggest any insurance in my offer.

    Someone scammed me on playerauctions. I bought a runescape account but it wasnt what it stated. Ive tried escalating it and no replies. Im getting pissed. i just want a refund

    I was scammed sort of on PA. i purchased an 07 account, but when i logged in, it wasnt what was stated in the description. It went through the dispute process and the staff ignored it. Been sitting and admins returned it w/o action. I need help and i would like a refund.

Please contact PayPal from your end and ask for your account to be verified since you are expecting payment from us. Rest assured that your payment will be intact, and do not worry about the insurance; that is for the buyer. He is insured for $65 in case something goes wrong with this order, but I can see that you delivered it successfully so don't be worried about it.     Hi there Taynuts. I checked on the order log and saw that the dispute has already ended. I'm terribly sorry for the outcome but it is in the dispute where you can fight for your case and provide screenshots/evidences. Unfortunately, when it closes, we can no longer reopen it as both parties are given enough time to dispute or make claims during that. I am also sorry for not being able to attend to your concern right away as we are only on Sythe every Mondays to Fridays, GMT+8.

    Hello Steelfury. Order 3529891 was already closed because your buyer failed to verify his payment with us. On a separate matter, you are getting error 404 because your account is suspended. There are no serious offenses, rest assured, it's just that you already have an account with us; As per policy, we can only allow one account per user.     well just letting you know i will no longer be using player auctions. i reported the site and that guy. the ad wasnt what the acc said. it was false advertising. the guy is banned now, thank god. but player auctions is a scam. my dispute sent and 5 mins later it was denied, the guy paid the staff. Im over this shit. parked domain inbound :)

    Hello Moida. The reason the payment is delayed is because the payment bounced back to us. You need to have your PayPal account to be verified. Please contact PayPal and ask them to have it verified for you so it will be ready to accept payments.

    Once that is done, please contact me again so we can release your payment again.

    literally just once again talked with their support, but already on the phone, checked my account and the answer is unambiguous that I can receive any payments, asked either to try the sender to send the money again by any option, via paypal.me or a normal transfer, or check directly the sender's account.

    Hey, Moida. You should check the policy of Paypal in your country. Perhaps, Paypal does not support the recieving of funds in your country. I've just got the same problem and the solution was to change the disbursement method to Skrill.
