    I sold an account on PA about 3 weeks ago. I waited the disbursement time and now it has been saying "Queued for immediate processing". I have contacted customer support and sent multiple emails and haven't gotten a response. I'm feeling like I got scammed right now.

    Seems like your not alone man... quite a few people are having problems with player auctions

    After they put there live chat off its gone downhill maybe try emailing them?

    Emailed them twice. Once about a week ago and another about a day ago. I also pm'd Jake on here. Playerauctions really needs to do something about this.

    They are indeed a joke. This will be the last time i deal with them and will bad mouth them to anyone who will listen. 0 customer service. I even faxed them. They are basically stealing our money and paying or not paying. whatever they feel like. Guess it seems 90% of the sellers are not getting paid. Anyone live in LA to do a visit to the building?

    For order 3133353, I will check with our finance team and inquire why the refund was only partial as you've said. Sorry for the inconvenience on this transaction mate.

    Sorry to hear about this, I'm pretty sure this is either 1) the transaction completed on a weekend and apologies, but we do not send disbursements on weekends, or 2) the payment bounced back to us in the event that your PayPal or Skrill account is not verified (this happens mostly with PayPal accounts. I read on your second message that you PM-ed us about it; In case you haven't yet, please PM me the order ID. I'll be checking your message very soon.

    We will never do that, Legit. There's usually a good reason for delayed payments; please read my reply to klimps above. Regardless, I apologize for the hassle you guys had to go through. If you haven't yet, too, please PM me here the order ID for the transaction you're having issues with.

    Really sorry about the removal of live customer support on behalf of PA. There were many complications using that system but rest assured, our efforts have not gone down with the removal of that. In fact, we've had more support output and more people were added to the team since then. In case you're having issues as well, feel free to post it here or PM me about it. I do what I can here in Sythe to have those resolved.

    Finally got paid guys. Through my VERIFIED paypal. Been verified for years. My account closed monday morning at 12:33 am. Got paid monday morning. 1 week. They also shorted me a dollar. which ill be finding out why you guys charged 13% right off the bat and now also stole a dollar. You guys are a joke man. last time ever.

    Fairly simple to understand. I purchased a league of legends account from Haidi1408 for $100 off PA with shit tons of feedback. The person who sold it to Haidi1408 recovers it, Haidi1408 proceeds to then ignore me.

    Edit: Decided to cutback on the sarcasm as it wasn't necessary and a bit childish.

    I have sold my csgo account today and the buyer has already confirmed his order but somehow the distursement time shows I have to wait for 10 days and 2 hours. I thought after getting the buyer to confirm the order you will receive the money straight away or 2-3 days or something but for me I have to wait 10 days

    I checked on your order and the reason for the payment schedule is due to how you have set up your payment option. You can opt for a smaller fee but the disbursement will be scheduled at a later time. I'm sorry but there isn't any way to reverse this or speed it up, Andy.

    Please make sure to submit the account details to us first for inspection. As for him running away with the account, he won't be able to specially if you were able to take screenshots of the email change; in the event that the order is raised for mediation, you can show our team that you have transferred the email as per agreed, and (once things are in order, ie, you prove that you were able to complete the transfer successfully) the buyer's disputes can be closed down and your payment be processed.

    I was informed by our agent that the have update your order, and have sent emails a while ago. Please check on that and follow through with it when you can.

    The above link is a screenshot I've just taken from the order page, and it has now been 15+ hours in this state. As you can see on the screenshot "We will send an automated notification to your registered email address once our game account inspection is complete". I have not received an email yet as it is still in "inspection". I've also sent an email to support to let them know about this. No replies so far.

    It has been a bit stressful experience making purchase at PA so far. Can you please help

    Hi again, @bjoonsup. My sincere apologies for the earlier message, I wasn't very clear about the details of your order.

    The reason why your order is stalled is because our agent contacted the seller regarding the discrepancy of the account he is selling you. I'm not at liberty to disclose the details about it, but one of the reasons why there is a discrepancy in the account details is because the seller may have sold the account already to another person and is making the account look different or new to us in the hopes of reselling it. In short, you're getting an empty account if that happens.

    I sincerely apologize for the long wait; this is not the normal procedure and upon inspection, buyers should have already received the game account details for usage. However, as a middleman we are also obliged to work on securing your account to the best that we can to ensure you get what you pay for. For now, we're just waiting on the seller's reply so we can hear his side of the story as to why the account information seems sketchy. Again, sorry for the wait on this.

    I am the seller of the account in question, and I have already talked with bjoonsup outside of this forum: I answered the E-mail that the support team sent me about the problems they had with the verification, exactly 5h ago, and have had no response.
    I don't know how much details I can talk about on this forum but I hope that if any other issues were found I would have known about it; can we get any fresh news on the situation, or any indication on how I can solve the problems in real time?

    @PlayerAuctions I sold an swtor account on 8/30 successfully. I've been waiting for disbursement since then. My order ID is 3154828. I've sold many accounts using PA successfully over the years but this is the first time I need to contact you guys to get my money. This is very disappointing and my trust in you guys have diminished a bit. I've always held PA in a very high regard because the selling process is very stress-free, or at least it used to be.
