    Hi there. You need to input the Payee ID on the disbursement change form at PlayerAuctions. To find that Payee ID, login your Payoneer account on their website, and under Activity, click on Funding Sources. Under Funding Source Name, and under PlayerAuctions, the Payee ID there should be written. As for the popup, can you check if you can disable any popup blockers? If not that, please use another browser for now that has no popup blocker in it. Let me know how it goes, and please write me your username so that way I can get in touch with you through our tickets if I need to.

    I'm facing exactly the same issue. I'm trying to switch from Skrill to Payoneer. However, there is no popup when I select Payoneer. Tried in all the major browsers.

    I’m writing this new ticket because I’ve been waiting for a call/reply from you guys and still nothing.

    6 days ago I requested a disbursement account change but I’m not getting the verification code to proceed with it, hence this ticket creation.

    Reason for change: id like to set up my personal skrill account to make my disbursement

    Hello I am having an issue where I cannot make another post to sell my star citizen account. Every time I try it says I already have the account login in another post. I made a post but it went past 30 days and expired and I can't figure out how to make another post for the account I haven't sold yet.

    Hi Toastinator. Please go to your Offers page while logged in at PlayerAuctions. There should be drop-down filters above that you can click and there are various offer categories such as Active, Hidden, Reserved, etc. kindly check each and find the conflicting offer there, then permanently disable the offer by selecting to cancel it.

    If you'd like, you may send me your username and let me know what date it was posted, how much it was being sold, and what contents are there for the account — this is to make my search easy. I can then find the offer and cancel it so you can report the same account offer. You may also give me the offer link if you still have it. You may definitely PM me about this if you do not wish to share the details publicly here.

    @PlayerAuctions Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue as a seller. One order of mine has been in "Pending Verification" stage for almost a week now. The buyer has made no effort to contact me about the order. I opened a ticket to PA support, but they have stopped responding to any of my messages. I was hoping if the order can just be cancelled so I can just sell the account to another buyer. The order number is: 6593544

    Hi there. Sorry for the hassle with this. Our system has automatically closed the order last September 18; it seems your buyer was unable to respond to us regarding his payment verification. You should be able to put up the offer again. In case something like this comes up, let me know about it via PM so I can cancel the order for you; if some time has lapsed and the buyer is unable to respond to us in any way, I can definitely cancel it for you.

    Hello, my name is ExtremeZone on PlayerAuctions.

    I guess some of the other guys reported my profile several times, so PlayerAuctions team checked my profile and found out the message that i was asking for the buyer to do a directly payment to a skrill account

    Maybe because of my bad english, they missunderstood me and they banned my profile.
    I never Received any money directly to my bank account.
    I got alot of Runescape Accounts for sale, and i really liked player Auctions system and how they pay off money ( With their Middle man System type) .
    Now I know that i would never do the same mistake again, and even if i dont know how to add sentences correctly , i will use google translator for better understanding what im saying.

    I would be more than happy if you could unban my account.You can even set a minus balance on my account, so i will pay off the mistake that i did.

    The good news is your suspension isn't permanent and it's only a temporary 3-day suspension. You will need to reply back on the ticket to affirm that you know the rules and won't do this again — we require this of users so we can establish that the policy is communicated thoroughly. You won't need to pay any balance for this right now.

    Its been 3 days , and my account is still banned, i explained to the ticket page, that im really sorry, about where this went. And i would never ever ask about things, even if i dont know how to properly ask. As i said, my question was ment to be, if he could transfer directly to his bank account, and not about mine.

    Can you please contact them, and ask when my account is going to be unsuspended?

    My sales are very low thesedays which is probably because PlayerAuctions has gone down the Google rank. Also, has auto verification cancellation been implemented yet? I've an order currently stuck at verification for 2 days now.
