What's better for security? I've heard G2G has better security but I'm not sure. Has anyone bought or sold things in G2G?

I would give you my opinion but... you're banned already. :/

I hate it when you're half-way through writing a lengthy coherent response, and you realize the op is already banned.

Honestly, I prefer G2G because of their live chat assistance. They are extremely friendly, responsive, and actually intelligible. Major downside is lack of traffic and advertising for their service, resulting in an extremely low chance of getting an item sold. I have sold one account, listed 5. Then again, I am a low level vendor. The escrow and chat system they use is absolutely phenomenal, and they payout when they say they will, at the exact time on their FAQs.

Gotta hate when you are half-way through writing a lengthy coherent response only to find out the op is banned, and then when you dispose of your message you find out the op has been unbanned.

Ok someone ordered my account on G2G and i sent all the info and recovery shit to them. Then they said they already bought an account and wants a refund, the status is still says "processing". I went to the live chat and talked to the guy and asked if the buyer received my account info already and he said yes? like wtf? isn't that a security issue? they received all the info about my account and I haven't even received the payment yet and now wants a refund

My in-game friends have used PA to sell Phat sets with no issue so I think the average person should be fine?

The support team will handle it, you will receive payment 7 days after your insurance allowance. Had a guy try that on me, and I was paid.

Never used G2G but I used to be I think what is called a power seller on PA many years ago. Having completed over 1000 orders I've never once had a problem, although all I did was sell gp so it is not as tricky as account selling. Another positive for PA is they have customer support on Sythe that seem friendly and willing to help (@PlayerAuctions ).

Thanks for the kind words, @kmjt.

Yep, as kmjt said, we have an active presence here in Sythe and I would gladly assist you any way I can with your order concerns.

Sorry to kind of derail a little, but in case you're curious, here's our thread for that:

Dude just take a look at these people's reasoning. they say you should send them evidence from the game maker that you've selled it's account to the buyer, from the account and the Email address used for the account that you no longer have access to all thanks to the buyer's blockage. Like WTF is this absolute nonsensical BS loop? [IMG]

and at the end of the day their whole entire judgmental thesis is based on who has a higher buyer\seller level in order to decide which side is more truthful (after all they've buttered their bread more than the other side.)
they just simply don't care what evidences you provide or how you provide it, they just keep on denying and calling your evidences "Useless" as they refer to it. as you can see in these pictures, I've provided to them all the possible evidences that I could provide after the delivery that I'm not scamming the buyer and the buyer is just a grifter and wants to get one for free just because I have a lower seller level than his buyer level, but they said NOPE whatsoever ...

    [IMG] [IMG]

one thing that I can tell you is this: Don't trust Chinese or Russian websites or any other websites that are out of your region.
just because of this one simple fact: if there are grifters or robbers on the host website that wants to rob you, they simply can and if (especially if provided with the efficient tools) you have no efficient tools to stand up to them. you simply cannot do anything and you're simply just robbed. mainly because the website isn't even following the rules of the nation or any other nation similar to yours to back you up and therefor, they're abided to no boundaries for your money's(value) sake of safety whatsoever.
Summary: The general experience that I had with G2G wasn't satisfactory at all, mainly because of these reasons: loooooong guarantee times (which means you have to wait for weeks to get your money), no backing for the sellers (You're basically there to server the buyers and the interest of G2G) and at last but not least, very low and weak chance of product view from the consumers, since G2G has such weak and inefficient advertising system, ending up in you as a seller making less deals than a normal seller on a normal website with high amount of views would do.
[[THERE IS A REASON WHY STUFF ARE CHEAPER ON THAT WEBSITE, DON'T USE IT!]]

I've found that both are fine to use. Haven't ever had a problem with playerauctions when it comes to receiving what I purchased from a seller. However, from g2g, I once had a problem where the seller sold me an account that was ALREADY banned, I made a ticket for a refund and received a similar response to @Apache_Looter

Once I saw that they weren't going to refund me, I said I'll create a dispute through PayPal and a few days later and after many, many emails that they had sent me saying I'll be removed from their platform if I don't cancel the dispute, they refunded me and the dispute was closed. I also wasn't removed from their platform.

I'd say go for it and try g2g, they're both fine to use imo

You just got lucky there pal, cuz not a lot of people get the results that you got. they haven't even responded to me in any serious manner at all so far. and not even only on this matter and Issue that I had. they are generally not very talkative and straightforward towards their community at all. they decided to take the regular faceless self-serving bureaucrat method as their economic practice. which is not surprising to me at all for a company that has made so much money and also literally follows the rules and laws of an isolated island on the other side of the planet. what they need is more competition, that's why other sites and options exist.
(Not to mention one thing tho, that in your case you were the buyer and not the seller, cuz if it was verse versa, the outcome of this deal would've been quite the opposite.)
