Player Auctions support is so bad

Makes me cringe when people say trading on PA is the safest way to trade.

 

Yes, their support is so horrible. I can say the management of the supposedly "company's" logistics is run is not up to par with what the standards should. This stems from the way they manage players who sell and buy accounts, customer service, and most importantly the credit card verification process. From what I've heard, players who buy accounts and they get recovered suffer the most because playerauctions doesn't refund their money (even if their policy says they will). Aside from this, the customer service, online chat and email, are not helpful and not aware or empathetic with the concerns of the individual. Most importantly, in some cases, they ask people to send a picture of their credit card (front and back). I wonder why they need to do to verify payments, when other places don't do this. This is certainly interesting because I have heard from many people that the exact location (not only regions) where playerauctions is based is not disclosed to the general public. Stay away from buying or selling accounts on this website.
