Player Auctions support is so bad

I got scammed by a seller and I had manually disputed to PA. 5 days later, still nothing. 2 days ago they emailed me and said that they already contacted the seller(2 days before that), that was after I complained to their live support. Now its been another 2 days and still nothing. Why is it so hard to win a dispute even though I have 100% proof? Seriously, these people must be getting paid

I hate their live support. They all follow a stupid script and it's very annoying. "there's nothing we can do other than giving them a follow up", oh please...

 

Worst company ever has to be lol, the sheer volume of complaints on sythe alone is mind numbing.

Its so funny. Last time a buyer disputed the account was banned after 1 month. I have a database of all the accounts I sell, I checked, it was last played 2minutes ago (2 hours after dispute). Even with evidence they said the buyer wins. I was like wtf, I complained numerous times and after that, they gave me back the money they took from me. I still don't understand how this website stands to this day if they don't even treat everyone equally. They should be reported for false-advertising(false/misleading T&C).

 

I'll PM him tomorrow if it doesn't get resolved, I was wanting to do this last week but, his last time online was November. I doubt he'd be online anytime soon (he probably deliberately does this so he doesn't have to read pms lol)

 

Sucks to hear so many bad things about PA, from what I heard it didn't used to be this bad, my advice would be to stay as far away from PA as possible after you get this situation sorted.

 

What they need to do is actually hire people from the markets their involved in.

We all know they've got some Chinese/Indians working their support.

 

I try sythe, nobody buys. At least people from PA buy. I've sold over 60 accounts there and only had 2 problems. I really would love to sell them here but I just can't...

I'm so tempted to stay away from them, they are my current income atm tho.

They need to hire better people. "best in the world" smh they're so bad. Its like they get paid to copy + paste and ignore legit buyers/sellers getting scammed by the seller/buyer. EVEN IF EVIDENCE is given, IT MAKES 0 DIFFERENCE.....

 

I'd recommend PMing him ASAP. From what I've seen, the PA representative on Sythe tends to handle problems efficiently when he comes on.

 

Many people here get their PA problems resolved through the PA representative here at Sythe. Your problems should be solved faster this way. Good luck.

While the response rate has appeared to be horribly slow over the holiday period, I have noticed that most issues have reached an outcome suitable for the party requesting help. I hope the same for you and that it's resolved.

I've had a lot of problems with their customer support recently and I can't even get him to respond. If you didn't already putting 'URGENT' as the title he will be more likely to read it.

 

He already read it. He's just not doing anything about it. Don't know why.

After harassing them, they gave me a reply. He gave me the account back without even touching it. Funny thing is at the end, they said something that total disproved my Evidence. It proves they didn't even have a look at the evidence l0l

 

I used to have a lot of issues with them needing authorization and info for spending the amounts that I did.

Since I finally got that resolved, I've never had any problems with PA and I use it fairly often. ^_^

It is one of those support places that stick to the scripts though, very annoying sometimes.

 

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Usually I've only heard good things from them, apart from their rigorous registration system.

 

P/A is awful, most people learn that the hard way

 

Yea talking with their customer support is like talking to a potato, it just doesn't work :/
