Pingy making defamatory and damaging comments

I'm reporting pingy for defamatory comments and other comments that could lead to harm to myself. This is a serious report

 

I gave pingy a pass the last time he crossed a line and told one of our customers that he was my roommate IRL in order to try and steal a sale but yesterday pingy really outdid himself and I can't let this one slide.

Yesterday pingy defamed me and spread lies to several people about gold I was buying from a customer and the nature of this customer. I can prove that pingy's statements are false and the damage and potential harm to me from his messages is worthy of a report. Proof is in deleted post below

 

Is it necessary for me to respond? If so let me know so I can post proof that disregards all these claims. Thanks edit: Evidence is already shown to blackblasses in private, can show to anyone else who would like

I acknowledge trading the rsn pingy is referencing here, there just isn't proof that this rsn was involved in wrongdoing IMO. Anyone can say anything about anyone else, to spread these potentially false rumors to customers we do business with is out of line. That is why I made this report. I had a buyer lined up for an item from this supplier and the buyer backed out specifically because of pingy's comments to him.

Yes pingy we have done good business together but how are you going to accept items from the guy yourself "knowing" that he is a bug abuser and then tell someone else not to take an item from us because it's duped gold. I certainly don't enjoy spending my time making reports and I hope you can understand that your actions and comments went far beyond reasonable trading practices

I made this report after an afternoon of having my dms blown up by people because of pingy's out of line comments. I still maintain that this proof pingy has is not sufficient but I'll respect the verdict whatever it may be. I have since settled down from this experience.

If this report is found to be in my favor then all I ask is for an apology from pingy and an assurance that he will not make statements that damage me in the future. I will likewise apologize to pingy if I am in the wrong here
