My Personal Hell





The Flaming remarks that scorch my skin
Leave me to die in a hollowed shell
Nothing left but pain and sin
But what do I expect, its my personal hell


From the beginning I was left to rot
Taught at a young age that a soul was an item to sell
Bless me father but forgive me not
I can share no blame, for its my personal hell


Looking for a beacon of hope
To save me from a demonic spell
To reach the top of such a slippery slope
Would be the end of my personal hell

I only fail in search of light
Tried to reach the top but only fell
No more strength left to fight
Stuck forever in my personal hell.​

 

I was expecting this to be a song. Anyways it is a nice ballad.

If this is a song, what type of music would go with it?

 

It's more of a poem, ABAB style.
I do have a song that goes with it(which is what inspired this) but I am not comfortable posting it on sythe, it takes a lot just to post this lol.
