Paypal - unauthorised access chargeback

yo I'm being scammed out of 150$ where the guy has done a claim and cancel but he's charging back thru unauthrised access claim :\ is there any way of stopping him? call paypal? any evidence I can offer? I made him write a note in the payment he sent stating that he will not and cannot chargeback cus he gas already received his item, can I use that although its for unauthorised access?

thats gonna suck get all ur cash off ur paypal acc, itll get limited and locked, and if your underaged you lost ur cash

Who says the guy whos buying it was charging back? Could have easily been a hacked paypal, which would totally suck cause if it was then you cant really do anything about it.. But if it wasnt, you have like a 5% chance out of 100% of keeping your money.. which still sucks.

And that's the draw back with paypal. You should have known this could have happened from the start.

I believe you can make a dispute against his. Not sure though.

You can run a counter Claim, or you can contact paypal support, I beleive they do do live support.
