Well I have just linked my credit card to the paypal account .. And my credit line is 750. Well after i linked the card i went to check my current balance on the credit card and it said balance: $0.00 pending = 0..But availible credit =747.? Why was $3.00 credit points taken..

Another question. i sent money from my old account to my new account and i sent 40 sents and 31 cents was a fee? How does this fee work?

It charges a percentage. I cant tell you exactly but it's not much. As for your credit I have no idea.

Yea i dont care if it charged me 3 bucks..But if my credit line [ not score!!] stays at 747 instead of 750dollars wtf i mean..

another question..If i have some money in the account and i buy something off ebay..does it come out of my credit card...bank account or the moeny in the account?

they probably took 3 dollars out as a security measure to make sure the card wasn't stolen. If you apply with a credit card they will take from your credit card. If you want to take from your bank account just add a card using your debit card or check and routing number.

Oh so would it be smarter to just add my debit card and not my credit card? So nothing can reall hamnr me in my credit score

i removed the credit card and added my debit card...and the 3 dolalrs is still missing

you can't get the three dollers back, but it is much smarter to use your debit card still

What they probably do is a preauth claim on a small amount of money, in this case $3.

Call your card company or paypal to be sure, however I'm sure it's just a preauth transaction to make sure the credit card is active.

Same thing, if you go to a gas pump they will preauth ~$110 on your card, and only charge however much you pump.

Expanded use number charges you money. That's probably what the -3 is from, since you had no balance.
