    I'm glad you've joined this lifestyle, and I would like to take a moment to congratulate you on your transformation :)

    I made my first topic sometime last year and I'm going to post an update in another couple of months

    Good job on starting to do it properly too, you are only gonna get better and better now as you have a good clear structure

    I hope other sythe users take inspiration from this topic, and those posted by other members. A little sythe cult of gym-goers would be "all kinds of gainz"

    I actually saw your topic and that's what made me want to make one, progress pictures definitely kept me motivated at times. Here's to another 6 months! Only a small amount to cut left, then the bulk begins

    This is some crazy shit dog. Still unreal going back to day one seeing that pic then seeing now..... sadly I haven't been keeping up. Think I told you about it in pms but I've lost so much motivation in my current job and relationships went from 193 in February to now sitting at 160ish.... I mean yea I have a 6 pack but I just feel like I tiny little prick. Hope I can find my drive again

    Thank you! It's very much less noticeable with the bodyfat % decreasing and my upper chest becoming more developed. I'll take a progress picture and show what it looks like on the 3rd!

    Officially joined the gym bros lel. If you got the 7 pac under there then you're as ripped as I've ever been and on route to be bigger than I've ever been now. Truly impressive I'd say at this point :) Kicking ass.

    It's depressing now though :p It's like seeing someone buy a lambo and you got a dollar in your bank. Since this semester started I haven't had time to eat let alone go to the gym. Can't wait till I graduate and can spend half my days at the gym too!

    @Pure really liked looking at the progress I'm wondering how you came up with your original work out plan or what did it include as I want to start soon.

    Want to build muscle but I struggle to put on weight hoping to just meal prep at university and have shakes where appropriate

    Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs is giving me 1698 calories with little/no exercise so what does this mean in terms of calorie goals for everyday?
