    Came off condescending, but nevertheless I was agreeing with your research. All of it's "fuel/energy" for your body, and the way our body utilizes said resources is based off our dietary goals whether it be during a cutting phase where we're more dependent on fats/protein to maintain strength and in the growing phase where we are more dependent on carbs (based off the idea of there being 0% reason to base your surplus on excess fats and/or protein.)

    How many days a week do you go to the gym? Also how many hours do you spend there? Aside from that, very good transformation so far, and I'm glad you've built the confidence, courage, and motivation to continue achieving your goals.     I feel it, even during a cutting phase, carbs are amazing because if you get 60-70% of your carbs before a workout, you'll have a much more killer workout.

    7 days a week ideally, but I've been skipping at least 1 day a week to go out, so 6 days a week. I'm here for 1.5 hours a day, 2 hours tops if I'm chilling with a friend while I work out. I too hope it encourages others because it's really not that hard once you get into it!

    It's aight progress tbh, could be better, but I slack

    Dude I'm so proud of you man. Talk about sticking to it. You know what I notice most in this latest pic? Your facial features! No gay, but you're way more handsome now. Jawline is there. People don't realize the fat in their face.

    I'm getting motivation from you to get back to being regular and committed.

    What protein are you mixing with your cottage cheese for that weird concoction? I'm looking for new ways to eat protein as I'm sick of piles of chicken.(also anything else you do for protein I'm open to, again, I hml with the chicken)

    Thanks man, it means a lot. I love motivating and helping people because it ends up motivating me even more.

    I mix MyProtein Strawberries n Cream with it, tastes great. I also buy these protein drinks in bulk to help me hit throughout the day when I'm lazy, they're like $2 each.

    I also make a smoothie every morning that's like 70g carbs, 3g fat, and 55g protein, keeps me sated for a long time. If you want the recipe let me know :)

    It also seems that your gyno situation is getting better! I'm not sure how lean you want to get but you probably got another 30 lbs to go.

    When I relax my chest it's very hard to notice, but if I flex my pecks it's clear I still have it. I definitely have at least 15lbs to go atm, currently 186.

    You'll probably be around 15% bf if you get down to 170 lbs, right now you are somewhere in the 20% range i'd estimate.

    Damn man I started fasting to start my Keto diet. You're killing it man I've lost 20 lbs so far, and I'm going to be doing a 3 day fast again july 15th and full on grinding it.

    OT: Guys, it's been a fucking journey, but I'm not done yet. I started at 224.0 on Feb 3rd, and I'm currently 186.0. My goal is 10%, which is roughly calculated to be 173.0

    I'm down 38lbs, only 13lbs to go!!! So hyped
