    you got some mild/moderate gyno, u looking into surgery for tat? n becareful w how drastic u cut.. u risk a serious chance of having loose skin which I can see already

    edit: u need to up ur macros cause ur body will have flabs of fat arse hanging off its end if u loose weight too quickly, should go on a bulk tbh n hit core+chest

    My friends said to lose weight and see if it's just fat, but I definitely think it's gyno. I will have surgery done if it gets to that.

    What macros would you recommend if I was to bulk up? I hit chest twice a week and I just want to lose weight, but I'm trying to do it properly. PM me if you have any specifics please :)

    You are in no state to be bulking up, that would be the worst mistake you could do right now, diet until you have a solid foundation and then start thinking about doing a clean bulk.

    Then you would know its most OPTIMAL to start bulking at 8%-10% body fat for muscle development.

    I was told hitting really low bf % (I'm talking 8-10%) would greatly reduce any loose skin or gyno, but I'm willing to have surgery if it comes to it. Idk how bulking will help get rid of the gyno

    That is what I heard as well, trying to get there so I can start a clean bulk.

    Bulking will just make the gyno worse, and because you already started cutting there is absolutely no point in "bulking" because you'd be taking 6 steps backwards in your progression, get to 8-10% bf as stated above and then do a clean bulk.

    Once you're down to 8% just clean bulk, and make sure it's really clean. I've been there and done that with gyno. I had even met up with a Canadian surgeon who quoted me for about 1,100$ (Cheap as hell for this surgery) - I can message you the contact details if you ever wanted it.

    But I ended up losing my gyno when I got down to 8% BF as it was very mild and mostly just puffy nips.

    Also, I noticed you mostly just track your food and lift (which is all you need really). But I would recommend doing cardio. Work your way up to long distance running. It really, really sucks at first. When I was 235lbs I could barely jog 50 yards without gassing out. In about a years time of cardio/lifting/tracking diet, I'm now at 155 7% bf and run in marathons. I definitely know what you're up against.

    As for the cardio, It does wonders for your body. Tightens up everything, and really works on your heart and respiratory system. This helps immensely with lifting and everyday life/confidence.

    I'm noticing a huge reduction in noticability of the gyno as I'm losing weight, I'm definitely aiming for 9-10% before I even consider surgery. I actually recently started doing stairs every other day as well. It's only for 20-30 minutes, but it's a start because I haven't ran in 6 years. Thanks for the motivation :)

    Also just updated OP with May's progress. Lost 11lbs between April and May. (213.8 -> 202.6)

    Great transformation, you still need to lose more fat though and after awhile build the muscle. Good job.

    Ain't nuthin to it but to do it. My diet is fucking horrid (Chipotle and protein ice cream like daily) but I still hit the macros. I need to start cooking and meal prepping, but that doesn't stop me from lifting. Hit that shit man!

    Happy to see you're still browsing! It's a fucking phenomenal feeling man, I actually work at 24hr fitness now and fitness has been the best decision of my life.

    Hell yea man, you're gonna be shredded. Damn I should get the physical trainer certificate so i can lazy around the gym all day and work out for money.(That's what all the personal trainers do at the gyms I've gone to)
