Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

White asked for a refund because the software was not working for him and I did everything to avoid having to refund him. I was so hung up on people trying to exploit my software because it was in such high demand at the time that I was oblivious to him simply just trying to get the software to work for him. I admit that I handled this situation poorly. I really wish I could go back and change the outcome. It has been over 9 months since this has happened and all debt was paid. Last week I reached out to Video and he took me out of permanently banned and I am super thankful to be back in the community.

Runescape developing has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I first started developing when rscheata was around. Programming for runescape is what started my career.

Being apart of Sythe is such a essential when being in this niche. I really dont want to do anything to jeopardize my place here. This is what I love to do.
