Pardon for foolishly messing up

First of all, ty for replying @Andy appreciate taking the time to read over everything I know it was a real mouth piece to go over (so I wasn't expecting such a fast response)

I will admit, I have been quite annoying at times and I do not always come across the best person in the world due to both my attitude towards acting on some stuff and the way I word things, but I am sorry if that has became an issue for people in general or made them feel uncomfortable in one way shape or form.
  
  I do tend to try keep a lot of my stuff either in the report button or privately when I see things that are out of shape most of the time as can be shown, going via any chats via you yourselves the staff you will be able to see this, I have always took interest to trying to keep things safe.
  
  
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: First off, let me just say I was being retarded and I should of known better, this is not an excuse even if it was for a split second of relapsed judgement on my end. I have been in the community more than long enough to understand the difference between right and wrong, so there for I will not class myself as above the rules as it's clear I should of not let this happen to begin with - So to anyone affected, including Luck again I would like to apologise and hope that we can move on from this, as it was a silly troll moment on my side in the moment of stupidity and baiting and I should have just left alone all together.
  
  The way it took place though - I trade in a lot of Facebook groups, this also includes other users of Sythe and other platforms who also trade in there as it is a very easy place to post/get extra trades of all sorts if it being that you need stock or are looking to sell yourself. There was a user of which the picture should be in my ban appeal (at the bottom of the shown snippet) of who was selling around 2B or so OSRS GP and some RS3, which rounded to around $1k or so, one problem we do have with this sort of trading is like the black market scene, we have a lot and when I say a lot I mean 90% literally of the people turning out to be scammers/impostors.
  
  Luck responded saying that he was a trusted user in the community and would be more than happy to purchase the gold and also verify himself, I asked who he was and he responded with his name and then went ahead and contacted him, told him I had contacted him soon after if he could find time to reply and then found out I was blocked for asking.
  
  - I took this as a troll/impostor, and I know that I should of just left it as that and I didn't, I continued to troll/poke fun which accidentally led me to being baited posting his facebook name in a tagged reply in a post from me which also contained my own profile pic etc, he could have replied with "nah it ain't me" and instead decided not to confirm something he said he would which was just straight dodgy and that's why I trolled about it, thinking it was a random who I was making fun of at the time in the heat of the moment, keeping in mind that he posted on an actual facebook account with a name and not a business model asking for people to contact him for what purpose? He would have confirmed it was him and we would have moved on, and all this stupidity on my end would of been way different to say the least I can imagine - Nothing else was shown from him (not sure if real name or not) and removing it straight away - Please keep in mind, in such cases a lot of websites actually make like pages and such which they join the groups and post from, this is to avoid this sort of stupid behaviour from people such as myself who are being immature at the time.
  
  I have always seen myself as someone who doesn't like that sort of activity and would not want to be joined up into the same, the same applies with the mass scammers we see on all platforms each and every day. I have upset myself doing this stupid act and I can assure you it will never happen again.
  
  I know going by my word isn't enough, and I know the issue with Maldesto was also mentioned so I just want to clear that up as well - I knew Maldesto personally for quite some time as we was close friends, we had each other on social medias etc and no it did not give me a reason to be stupid 3 and some years ago, but with that I was also banned for roughly a year on OSbot and it was non-concluded here. I served my time (the year) and was offered a position back on the website which I took happily and continued my normal marketing stuff, I think it goes without saying we had a falling out which was surrounded by him saying that I bot my services and it got heated, I ended up getting IP banned after calling him wrong and providing further context, and then I came here and made a review/statement to try avoid being reported for being banned there, as it wasn't for an actual serious case which led to more issues.
  
  These issues ended up with him trying to validate the report we had 3 and some years ago, (Dispute against a donation rank) which was left alone until now, which didn't make sense to re-open the wounds to as an bargain chip as admins had already cleared it as invalid evidence.
  
  
  
  I mean yes I did reach out to someone which was my mistake back then, and as I say I did deal with what I feel was a reasonable result of my crime this being the year/around a year ban and we moved on from it, after I was banned in November for this same thread that the evidence was mentioned cannot be visited I requested a unban thread as can be found below -

  Now whilst I do understand the reason for my ban, and I am more than happy to take a punishment deemed appropriate like I was then as well I do feel a perm ban for a mistake that was corrected within a heartbeat is a bit far, maybe I am wrong by saying that but I would like to continue my activities one day in the near future if you allow me as I do good things for the market as shown with my vouches, so forth.
  
  The report 3 years ago did not contain any leaking of any sort, I am not like that and would never want it done to me so I wouldn't do it to someone else either (well I guess you could say I have now? even if accidentally) but as I say I did go the wrong way about handling it, and is something I have had to deal with for the past 3 and some years time and time again when people troll about it or tag me about it or simply make sneaky comments referencing it I have bit the bullet put my hands up and admitted my wrongs and moved on, and what I believed to be forgiven as well.
  
  I understand I can come across high and mighty/egotistical at times, but that isn't what I wish to be seen as, I have worked extremely hard to try change parts of the market for the better, introduce and coach people into growing properly without doing silly things which i'm sure both @ABRA and @President can even say as both have asked me about this sort of stuff in the past 24 hours, I have always been extremely happy to help anyone who is willing to listen.
  
  I have been unbanned since Febuary 9'th, I kept my nose clean in that time and why would I try to mess that up now? I am a legitimate trader I think that goes without saying, and as I say I understand I must serve some punishment so I just hope you can reconsider and understand that I did not mean to do wrong, it was a stupid choice which I cant stop apologising for as I am guilty for being dumb, being baited and just being too involved with crap all together.
  
  I have spoke to some friends who also use not just Sythe but other market platforms too, and we have been going over what would be best for me and moving on, and we feel that me having projects to keep me engaged would also help - I am not saying this an an excuse, but I do feel that I sometimes get in with the whole "troll" scene due to being bored, like if you look at me in discord when I talk, at times I can have a serious chat and at times I will troll just out of the sake of being bored and being a dick at the time, I do not wish to be that person moving forward.
  
  I love Sythe (literally), and I have met and became friends with many many people, or at least people I would class friends - I mean, maybe they think i'm just someone to talk to idk, but I do enjoy socialising and being able to be active on here, it's an amazing platform and I have always told people they need to stop trading on places like FB etc, and come to places like here, for safe honest trades - I have also encouraged people donate, @MrPotato24 and @Ringeman which is due to the website deserving it, you give us a platform to trade why shouldn't we be thankful.
