My previous pardon did not contain any remorse as I was under the impression I had been forgiven for this action already and that all the previous information from all of my posts made over this 10 month period had been taken into consideration, with the assumption that the only thing that postponed my pardon was the victim attempting to claim un-proven damages, thus settling any compensation I owe through Sythe at $0 effectively.

I perpetrated this 18 months ago from being in a business partnership with a well-known shady character. From the beginning I had the best intentions to shape his character and use his subscriber base as an initial player base for the website to help it get off it's feet. In the 30% business partnership after the success we achieved I was in business with someone like him, his suggestions were always to take the dark route whilst I stood strong to my grounds and refused to participate in these activities, eventually after the logic being explained to me time and time again, with our website being offline time and time again, with so many server troubles it seemed unfair that Dragon Dyce would get to DDoS us repetitively causing us countless damage whilst we sit there and pick up the pieces, it was Joopii's logic that "if we fight back, they'll stop hitting us" so I proceeded. I was NEVER the one in possession of a booter, nor have I ever been. I understand this is a CLEAR mistake now, and I can undeniably say that I have never once been involved in these kind of activities since that very day 18 months ago. Not once.

I find it extremely disheartening that I'm still pushed away by Sythe after all this time. I waited patiently in the most respectful manner possible for 4 months time whilst Staff members took the false claims made by Joopii seriously. I was called a scammer, a liar and a blackhat hacker. Finally people came to their senses and realised this information was cherry-picked, misleading and false; still leaving me with a damaged reputation however.

6 months down the line Xier0 attempted to claim damages on behalf of Dragon Dyce stating unimaginable sums from $2,500 all the way up to 6 figure payouts, his client with 4 logins at the time. In my previous appeal I clearly stated that KO was the leader of Dragon Dyce at that time and had orchestrated DDoS attacks on our website initially, along with evidence of intent to DDoS thus negating Xier0's claim to damages through Sythe to $0.

10 months later after all the effort Sythe staff put in that I am appreciative for I am able to appeal and join the Sythe community once more. Through my previous pardons having received 100% support rate I am stunned to see the responses I have received. It can only lead me to believe that you are using information unrelated to my pardon, or that you are completely unsold on my previous pardon without remorse, it’s been a 10 month battle of which I’m incredibly tired from and I apologise that my ‘warn-out-ness’ reflected in my pardon and I understand that that was disrespectful.

I respect a community's distaste for speculative drama, but when I'm the victim of scamming, hacking and cheating accusations the only thing I can do is defend myself, I'm sorry if that caused you and your peers aggravation but you have to understand what I went through during these periods, I fought tooth and nail to get BBB back to where it is now after everything that happened to me, I'd never scammed in my life and there were hundreds of people wishing I was dead through Joopii's fake videos promoting his own gambling website.

This is also saddening, I understand the actions I instructed Joopii to do were wrong now 18 months down the line, I was under a lot of stress as I felt Xier0 was attempting to extort me for unjust sums of money as I was retaliating at the time so my emotional response is only to dislike Xier0, not to feel bad for him. I understand that it's unfair for anyone to be on the receiving end of DDoS attacks - heck we receive them every single day but as ruled prior to this pardon his claims equated to $0 compensation.

If you're basing your decision off character reference I understand that based on all of the previous drama and hate towards me could sway you negatively. But I promise you that there is no evidence whatsoever of me scamming, soliciting gambling immorally, hacking of any kind. I am a person with strong moral values and I care deeply about integrity, the reason I got into gambling in the first place was to offer legitimate x6 flower game services in 2011 so that users wouldn't get scammed after I had been scammed a few times. You might not take my word for what I'm saying, I am a logical person and I do make business decisions. But at least look at the evidence there is right in front of you and decide. Is it worth punishing a guy who retaliated 18 months ago to DDoS attacks he was receiving from KO the owner of Dragon Dyce who scammed his players? I have NEVER participated in these activities since then. Do I really deserve to be banned still? Please?

From person to person I do not understand why you would keep me banned for the sole reason I am banned - the screenshot presented, users have participated in much worse blackhat activities than me in the past and have been pardoned. It seems unfair for me to be treated differently than other Sythe users.

Please open up and give me a chance, 10 months ago I fought, my story has remained consistent, I am sorry for my actions and you know it will never happen again without question.

It just got a lot of no supports and not 5 supports in the 7 day time period. Thus it's denied and you'll have to try again in 6 months.
